Week 11: Email Marketing
I think it is important that we have engaging content through this newsletters. It would be awesome to have a resident spotlight and we can be sure to engage our residents through this process. Another great idea would be resident birthdays. This is a great way to make our residents feel special and connect our community. Since we have pet friendly communities it would be great to do a pet feature, as well. For the holidays we can even do pet spirit contests. Another great addition would be decor tip of the quarter or DIY walk throughs. If there are changes throughout the property it is essential that we include these in order to keep our residents informed and updated. Last, I would love to do employee features so that we can be sure that the community is familiar with the faces they will be interacting with whenever they need assistance. I think it these are the most important content items because it is engaging however, it is not useless information. These emails will be a great way to stay connected to our residents while promoting important items from the properties.
Tifffany, I really like your idea about decor tips and DIY walk throughs. You will build great customer loyalty through quarterly newsletters like that. I feel it would show your potential clients the passion you have for your job and that you are not just trying to get everyones money. Awesome Post!
